The service
BepariAI lets merchants connect their Facebook Pages and WhatsApp Business numbers and have an AI assistant reply to customers using the merchant's product and policy information.
Merchant responsibilities
- Keep product prices, stock, delivery charges and policies accurate — the AI answers from what you provide.
- Follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy, WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
- Only message customers who contacted you, within the time windows Meta allows.
- Review conversations regularly and take over when needed. AI replies can contain mistakes.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly from your prepaid wallet. AI usage is charged per reply. Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law; unused balance remains available while your account is open.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, Meta's policies or the law, or that are used for spam or fraud.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
